Cognitive Services: Updates the extension's speech recognition and text recognition
As more and more users are using mBlock, we have added Thai, Czech and Arabic language support to the speech recognition blocks in "Cognitive Services", Czech and Arabic language support to the text recognition blocks.
The period is redundancy for directive statements. In this update, we support "Cognitive Services" speech and text recognition results for hiding punctuation at the end of the sentence, which can be removed directly with this building block.

Data Chart: Optimize extension's blocks
In this update, we have optimized the “Data Chart” expansion blocks and added new blocks that are suitable for adding data to pie charts.
The original building blocks for adding data, suitable for use with the axis system, are not easy to understand when adding pie chart data.
New blocks for adding data have been added to optimize the copy without changing the data structure, making it more suitable for use when adding data to pie charts~
In addition, we have fixed the bug where the "Data Chart" extension device extensions and role extensions would be mixed and cause garbled code.
