Upgrade the robot’s firmware
If your robot does not work properly, you can try this tutorial. But please make sure your App is up to date before you upgrade your firmware.
To upgrade robot firmware, you need to download the PC software mBlock(www.mblock.cc):
Select the appropriate version.
At the same time, you need to connect the robot and computer with USB cable:
Click “Connect”, select “serial port”, and select the corresponding com port:
Click “Boards”, select your robot:
Finally, click “Upgrade Firmware”
Wait a few minutes for the robot to upgrade
If upload fails, please restart both the robot(unplug the battery and plug it in again) and computer. Then repeat the steps above. If it still didn’t work, please contact your sales staff.
